Located a 1- minute walk from Yamagata station, the Comfort Hotel Yamagata is also conveniently close to Yamagata city's entertainment and nightlife district. It is new, clean and modern with comfortable beds, free Wi-Fi and an included breakfast that is better than most hotels in its class. The only downside is that there is no onsite parking, though they do have discounted parking a less-than-5-minute walk from the hotel. All told, it is my preferred hotel when staying in Yamagata city. I will be back.

Great stay in yamagata, confortable and super clean, the breakfast was insanely good!! Love it, near the station , 2 min walk.

Good hotel close to Yamagata Station. Reasonable room rates and very polite staff. The continental breakfast has a good variety of food, juices, and coffee. Rooms are clean.

This hotel is very close to the station which was convenient for us, visitors with many luggages during winter. The price is reasonable and breakfast is included. The room is not so big, average size Japanese business hotel room. However, it was very clean and comfort.
