We stayed here for 1 night for the Jimendashi (snow digging) competition. The hotel staff was one of the warmest and most welcoming service staff I've experienced in Japan. The onsen water for the outdoor bath was very hot but perfect for winter. They also let us used the onsen again after checking out and after the Jimendashi competition when we all came back wet & covered in snow. Would love to stay here again!

The outdoor onsen bath was so lovely. As a place in a mountain area, good to see dishes mostly filled with herbs and freshwater fishes, no sashimi of sea fishes.

I used it during the Golden Week holidays in September. Everyone at the inn was very polite, and I was able to take a bath many times during my stay at the hot springs, and the temperature was excellent and I was very healed. I often leave a lot of dinner at the ryokan, so I made a small plan, but it was still very satisfying. I thought it was all Japanese food, but I was very surprised that there was Western food and it was delicious. Mr. Banto was a little like Mr. (Takayuki Suzui) and was nice (in my opinion).

Good food! Good hot springs! The secret hot spring feels good! Good hot water and good food. You can relax ♪
