Enjoyed staying at this hotel. Very convenient to visit Ginza but the lobby is a bit small so easily crowded around check-in/out time.

By far our best stay in a hotel ever. The professional and in every possible way nice and attentive staff, the first class quality of the rooms and facilities and of course the Japanese people and culture. Unfortunately we had to leave in a hurry due to corona restrictions at home but we’ll be back at the Peninsula some day, be sure of that. Thank you to all of you, good luck and take care!

Worst afternoon tea experience ever. The price for the afternoon tea is comperatively high but we have been treated like that we are begging for your food. We expected better service from professional hotel franchise. We know that your afternoon tea is busy, but it is not cheap buffet where we expected that time limit will be strict. We came to you to have goodtime, to chill, and afternoon tea is the experience that we do not expected to rushed to finish our meal. If you care about your turn over rate and availabillity for next reserved customers, please find the better way manage your reservation, as well as customer experience. Your staffs may feel that it is justified and might think that we deserve to be treat with ill-mannered. However, we know what is like to be “professional” , and please do understand that it is natural for human to be less coorperative if have been treated without respect. It is very mean and arrogant how you treated your customer to leave the restaurant. While there are so many way to do it professionally. At least some minimal hospitality and respect. Sincerely.
