Very nostalgic Japanese guesthouse. A nice experience for our kids. We booked a room through Rakuten Japan travel website for 2 adults and 3 kids. But it was a nice suprise that the room we were sleeping had sliding door in between which is actually like 2 rooms, you have the parents and kids room separately. The caretaker put in a lot of kind thoughts and the room is very close to the toilet and a bit secluded at the back with other rooms. This give us more privacy and less stress if the kids might be a bit noisy for other guests. The caretaker is very attentive to our needs. She also volunteered to help prepared bath for our family. The guesthouse is just a walking distance from Oarai Outlet and marine tower. Not many dinner options around here, better to have your dinner before arrival somewhere along the way. The restaurant at Oarai Outlet closes early.

Basically, the room is only on the 2nd floor, and the toilet is unisex. There is a bath, but there is a health center nearby where you can take a hot spring, so I think you should use that.

Since it is a guesthouse, it may not be well-worded, but it is reasonable even considering the price (when I stayed around 3,500 yen). However, even after deducting it, the landlord's concern was impressed. I will be using this again.

Since there was insufficient research and lack of preparedness, those who are considering it should thoroughly investigate and use it. ・I think the location is good if it is a car. The sea and shopping malls are within walking distance. ・I'm grateful for the landlady, but I would like to say an extra word that even the customer is not satisfied with the point. Do not slip into slippers! ・Toilets are unisex. When you enter the toilet, you will find two private toilet seats and an open urinal (smell). Please be prepared for women. ・Baths are unisex. There are lockable doors at the dressing room and bathroom. The bathtub is not big. Although it can be locked, women may feel a little anxious. ・Toilets are shared. In front of the toilet. ・The room has a TV, cooler box (with ice pack and drinking water), toothbrush set (spare available), face towel (not new), table and ashtray. There is no other. This time, in the room of 6+4.5=10.5 tatami mat, there was an air conditioner on the 6 tatami mat side, but there was no air conditioner on 4.5 tatami mat. The noise doesn't bother me so much. You cannot see the outside with frosted glass. ・It seems that about 6 groups including my house were staying on the day I stayed this time, but the voices of other rooms can be heard normally. My family used it for a couple and their three sons. We checked in quite early due to a sudden change in schedule, but they welcomed us warmly. When I told him that I wanted to take a bath immediately, he kindly responded. The price was so low that I and my sons could put up with a lot of things, but it was hard to use the bath and toilet in my house, and I didn't feel like floating all the time. Since there is little information and this was an arbitrary assumption, I will not give it a low rating. However, if you are going to use it in the future, I would like you to consider accommodation after making a reference.

Only cheap. Cooling works. There is a large free parking lot run by the town across the road.
