Little bit far from Nara Station, but ok for stay if only not peak season. I stayed for Nara marathon run 2017, since its rooms were all fully booked, so it was so noisy at both of the night and early morning time. I am not the one use to fall asleep by listening other people loudly snoring. So this kind of guests house may not suitable for marathon runners. But overall the room is clean, facilities and utilities also enough. It also have fridge and microwave oven for prepared your simple meal, like breakfast.

You can sleep at a box-shaped sleeper. Cushion is good. In addition, it is good at the time of checkout to keep sheets. If the destination for the next day is not decided, you may get a good answer if you ask the owner.
