Rooms were great, very quiet and modern. Location is really good. Breakfast was changed from buffet to set meal without a notification on the booking site which was very disappointing since it was the reason I booked it. The meal itself was rather mediocre and considering I can't eat certain foods I had to leave about 1/3 of it uneaten. The hotel has laundry and driers but they are quite costly (300 yen for laundry, 50 yen for detergent and 100 yen per 30 minutes of using the drier). The hotel has a public bath but it wasn't available due to Covid19. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they give you a free drink when you come. Overall I liked it but very disappointed about the breakfast.

Lovely place to stay, we extended our stay as extremely clean, great breakfast and staff! Central to all touristy items. Great 7/11 shop downstairs. Pjs where provided and I meant to ask where I could buy them as so comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

They have the best staffs. I asked them where can i buy the product they provided in the room and they help me buy it and prepared it inside a lovely gift bag before i check out the next early-morning. And the price is much cheaper than when i saw it in the store too. I mean, gotta give some credit for their efforts in making my stay so convenient & enjoyable. Check in and out went smoothly and the room is clean & neat, so despite of the small space they have, i would say that this is a very nice place to stay. Oh, and the food tasted great too. They provided some japanese side dishes, soup, and mains every morning starting from 6 am. Love this place!

Staff at reception and breakfast, nothing too much trouble , always very helpful. Breakfast very varied.. but no cereals, but, not a problem with the large selection available. Rooms imaculately clean, beds very comfortable. Pyjamas in the room, tea coffee kettle etc. Location is excellent , central location easy walking distance to the memorial and other areas of interest. Down sides , rooms a little small, assume views only to the front and rear of tbe building. An excellent hotel to stay well recommended.

Clean, friendly staff. Would definitely stay again. Twin Rooms are very spacious and comfy beds. Great facilities. Also offer 1 free drink too which is a nice treat after a big day exploring.
