I stayed with my elderly mother in a separate room. Every time I used the toilet, the toilet seat was misaligned and broken, and my mother seemed uneasy, so I told the front desk, but only apologized. I think it's okay to take some action. The view was very good but the food was not good. Although it is a corona vortex, there is no hand soap in the washroom. The trees in the garden are also cluttered and unfinished. I have stayed at various inns so far, but this is my first time. I'm sorry I won't go again.
