Clean, free drinks on the lobby, nice internet and breakfast
Hotels with prices that are quite affordable for the Nagoya area. The distance is quite close to Nagoya Station, only walking about 3 minutes. The rooms are comfortable with spacious rooms that are standard in Japanese hotels. Breakfast is provided free by the hotel, and tastes very good especially the eel fried rice. The hotel facilities are quite adequate, the environment around the hotel is quite calm and many restaurants around it.
(visits 1) I won't stay here again. Nothing it horribly wrong but I stay in a lot of hotels in Japan and this one didn't even meet the basic levels I expect in places 10x older and half the price. No complementary water at all. No tea or coffee in the room. You have to go to the lobby to grab a 10 yen instant coffee packet to go back to your room. The breakfast was not good. Rice rice rice noodles lettuce and bread. The pictures showed a much better breakfast. The only protein offered was some sort of meat that looked worse than spam. I've been to a 3 hotels a bricks through from this very location that were cheaper and had better breakfast.
Two stars seems a bit harsh, but it's only the second hotel in the last 15 years I've stayed in that I would never go back again.
Pretty standard business room. Spacious by Japanese standards. 3 minutes walk from the Nagoya Station. At a quieter area despite being so close to the station. Breakfast was so-so not much variety.
Overall excellent stay. Very clean room, complete nonsmoking building, small room but not impractically small, modern enough bathroom, has all standard amenities and more such as a humidifier. All for a reasonable price.
