I’m not sure why there are bad reviews. I stayed at the first floor and it had its own private Onsen in your room. I’ve been staying for over a week at higher price Onsen places but this is by far the best. The room is so new it looks like it was recently renovated. The location isn’t the easiest to get to as it’s a short walk out to the Main Street but they have a shuttle bus that they can take you to even your choice of restaurant. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a nice quiet place that has its own private Onsen in the room.

Very friendly service. A tad farther away than most hotels. But they can shuttle you if you ask. Great personal onsen

As before, the staff were very nice. The private open-air bath was just the right size for two people, and the dinner was delicious. I wish there were women's amenities in the room. Also, because of the corona, I got a bottle of mineral water for each person when I pulled it myself. The photo shows a private bath, and on the right side there is a curan, shampoo, etc.
