Beyond expectations! We booked it as it was the only available option in the small city/village of Akumal for our dates, it turned out to be one of the most comfortable stays during our 4-week Yucatan trip. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was super comfy and the aircon was working perfectly fine. There is a small but nice pool, grocery stores just around the corner and it took us 10-15 minutes to walk to the Akumal beach - no need to take the overpriced taxi, the walk was very pleasant. Would definitely stay again!

Nice and clean room. Easy walking access [1,1 km] to the beach. Easy access to colectivo. Tasteful local restaurants nearby: taco el maya and Tequilaville

very nice and clean, AC 24/7, owners very nice and rest of tenants very friendly and respectful. This is not a party type place so I was able to really relax while my stay there.
