Queue outside for 30mins, came in after the queue but then number was taken by other cut queues. Being wrongfully asked to get out due to SOP. The Kerani is always off. Lazy to work and very slow at work.. Asked to use digital postal but failed due to poor server. Wasted my time to queue for 30mins and dint get any service. Avoid going there at all cost. Don't waste your time queueing at this branch. Worse customer service ever!!!

Needs better customer service. Getting angry at customers is rude. Of course some of the staffS are great. But the staff giving people bad service will be the one that people remember. I was politely asking for help and she completely cut me off and shoo me away, and raised her voice. Come on. We pay for the service provided. Please improve. If we don't need your service, we won't even come bothering you at all.

Drove all the way here at 4.30pm on a Thursday and it's already closing. There were still staff inside but they told me they're not accepting anymore customer. Please update your business hours so people don't have to drive all the way here after a very busy day just to see a closed door.

Went last month to send a Surat Berdaftar.. they ran out of berdaftar stickers and I had to go post at another post office. Today, again I went to post a registered leeter and again they ran out of stickers! How can that happen at a post office?!
