City center. Easy to buy & post letter. Not many go to post office but other government dept like JPJ many people paying their road tax & Sarawak enterprises paying water & electric bills so crowded most of the time. Many Insurance offices located here, so no problem renewing your vehicle insurance.

Very organized traffic control and friendly guard during the pandemic. God job and keep it up!

Arrived at 750 to avoid the long queue, waited until 810 and they still haven’t opened despite the officer asking me to come at 8. Worse yet, all the officers only started to waltz their way into the office at 805, very late considering their supposed to start work at 8. The lady in front of me had to do something and it took quite a while as well, yet the person in verge kept her in line, holding everyone behind. Service was slow and rude, it can be convenient but the wait was impossibly long.

One stop to all government agency. Efficient and fast services. Highly recommended. Photocopy services available. Clean space.

This building was built prior to ease people due to most of the people who work from 9am-5pm can come and pay bill or renew road tax or replace lost I. D. etc. Initially it operation hour was until 9pm,after changed government to PH, operating hour change to 7pm,now I am here, and it is closed, I reached 5.50pm and parked my car at the car park, went up but the janitor told me everything was closed already,due to pandemic, operation hour changed to 5pm. Wasted my time, my fuel, my energy to come to this place, EVERYTIME!
