Pejabat Pos Kenyalang Park

Among all pos office in Kuching, I believe this pos office has the 'LONGEST' queue waiting (under the sun w/o canopy'). Slow as usual (but slight improvement only after many year have passed). What I am not happy about is the road tax renewal part. For me, its kind of biase. Why? Even your vehicle's address is registered not within Sarawak or Sabah, you'll have to go to JPJ (HQ) instead to renew it. For years, I renewed it with no issue. BUT why now? The differences is just only 'an address'. Plus, there is NO NOTICE saying that, you can't renew your roadtax (not under Sarawak address). Another part is, the Pos Office staff did not apologise to me about this. Not convenient place for people that is rush. Never improve the speed and customer service in the counter part getting poor. Unlike before, friendly and greet you.

Slow and Useless ! Came here a few times but never successfully complete my tasks since then. Whenever i came to renew road tax - system offline...habis paper....system jam... I came to pay bill with just few people waiting there, still need wait more than 10minits watching the staff walk around, drink water and do nothing...

Stupid place.. slow at every side..

It's ok. Except the car park isn't quite enough and sometimes you gotta park by the road side which is a bit dangerous
