item always didn't delivered, but just simply update the tracking said that fail delivered due to office closed. infact , there was no notice left and we re always open during the week day. i really suspect that it is poslaju too lazy to deliver then simply update the tracking status so we ll go and collect the parcel ourself

1st Jan my things arrived at MPCK, until today 12th Jan haven't send out. Call their number no one answer, system just keep saying unsuccessful delivery due to....... Due to what? What kind of service is this?

Come here if you want the staff to tell you your parcel is somewhere else. That's all they do. They won't give you your item or be honest about where it is. People are coming here to pick up their stuff. Everyone is turned away because "Your parcel is at xxxx". Just give it to them. Why lie and say its not there. My parcel has been there for over a month. You are making more work for yourself. Just simply give it when people come to pick it up. You need new management.
