I know Poslaju always get low rating because they never pick up the phone & most of the times, the documents/items aren't delivered successfully. However, the staffs here at Pending Branch are very helpful. They helped me to find important document from the bank that couldn't be send to my address because it was DLO. They assisted me to the best that they can & they are actually friendly. So, for that I give 5 stars rating. (I was still mad actually because they couldn't find my address albeit the presence of complete address with correct postcode)
