The location is very strategic,but parking can be a headache especially during peak hour. Service is so so.There are 2 very good female staff there.Both of them,very professional and efficient.But the guy staff there is the black sheep that tarnish the service. I was there one day,saw the office like closed and there was a note saying sanitation in progress. The guy staff came out and said:" encik kalau tak takut nak kena covid sila la masuk,i.e-sir,if you are not afraid to get covid,come in!" The tone of his voice and such rude statement really shows lack of professionalism. Otherwise this poslaju is OK.

very hard to get parking, come here to renew my roadtax
