i had using postlaju service on 19/8/2020, but until 25/8/2020 still havent received the parcel, i have try several way to reach them, but never get a reply. until the end i go back to the office, their staff explain to me due to big volume of parcel need to arrange, so it might be a delay. A staff named Anis is very helpful, helping me to check with others branch, at the end the parcel was arranged by the same day. although it was a delay, but the helpful hand from Anis really apprieciated.

Visited on 21/01/21. Worst customer service ever. 1 of the staff simply raise her voice without checking the fact that there wasn't any notice put up on the front door. Typical civil servants mentality.

The service was not good...the way their staff talking was not polite and show their not good attitude...
