Batu Gajah Post Office

I dont know how to describe a poor service like this. Poor Malaysia to have workers like the people in Poslaju. Previous month, there still many people in Poslaju. But now, everybody going to Jnt. I want to be patriotic and support Poslaju for being with Malaysia throughout the years. But most of them are lazy, uninspired and not amanah in work.

Poor service. Worst courier. Take really long time to deliver my parcel

The facility is the dirty. Spider web everywhere, floor is dirty, and when i enter the office, it smells like cockroaches. The service is mediocre.

Called them 3 times - every time they pick up phone and immediately hang up without saying anything. I am confused and frustrated.
