Why KK Post Office double standard.???? Get my license renewed this morning 12.3.2021 @8am at counter 9, and unpolitely the counter girls told me that they are not providing any laminate to the renewal Learner driving license?and why at Damai post office was providing??? Why so lazy?Why?Why?Why? Please teach your counter 9 staff a manner before assign her to be at the front counter.. Poor services ever!!

HELLO POST OFFICE KK hope you can improve your customer service and please improve the way you speak to us.We do also follow sop inside post office.One of post office lady staff need to advice her to improve the way she speak towards customer(kasar bercakap!i mean rude)btw im standing 2 Or 3minute next to seats ,i did not seat bcoz i want to give seats to earlier customer and i dont forget she speak to me 'apa urusan kamu'!blur a second..if im inside post office meaning i have things to do la.Thumbs up to uncle security infront door..such good manner of speaking and assisting towards customer Informing no seats available and which number I should press to renew license.

Nothing more to say. Hopeless.
