Receptionists were nice and polite! Initially I made an appointment for 12.30pm, then later received a call back from the male receptionist and was told that there was an earlier slot and I may go earlier. First time getting such service and felt delighted with it. Besides, I'm very grateful to have Dr. Ong Chia Lin to attend to my dog. She has been really kind and her professionalism made me felt assured that my dog was taken care in good hand 😊
Dunno appointment for what purpose ..after appointment been maked !!! still wait for another 1hrs and 10min...disappointed serve no purpose for making appointment.hope ur guys take appointment seriously..the 2 star give to doctor ong very nice treatment and take good care keep it up.
Good place for pets, with dedicated staff and very good doctors. Very pleasant Dr Ong. Dedicate time to listen and advice accordingly.
