parcel duduk bertapa dari 10hb di DHL SG PETANI. Today is 16hb.. call ecommerce,robot keep repeating the same words..agent dont want to continue the call..!!!!

In Malaysia exspecially in Sungai Petani Kedah, this courier services are the Worst ever compare to other couriers. My Bad experience ever. No detail updates, takes to much time for sorting job even the parcel already arrived at local facilities a day earlier. Done blacklist this courier. I dont know what actually is going on and what's the problem occurs. Poor services.

So so so slow! Goods shipped out since last week and not yet receive until now. When call customer service, they said in transit and need to wait another 4-5 working days to receive the goods! Poslaju / J&T is much better!

slowest service ever. there is no update and it takes too long to receive the item. regret using DHL ECOMMERCE service. very good J&T service
