VERY BAD! Nice lunch regularly ordered via home delivery, never but really never been on time! This time I tried it again. After placing the order. There was a waiting time of approximately 35min which had suddenly changed to approximately 58min. Waited longer than an hour, but I called, we were told that our order should already be on the road for a few minutes. If not, we would be called back. After another half hour I called very irritated and indicated that I would be called back if the order was not yet on its way. For this, the chef would personally call me back about a compensation, "again no phone call" Wait until the delivery lady was there after 1 hour and 45 minutes the order arrived. She indicated that she had been given the wrong route several times. "What seemed more like an excuse to me" Mrs. indicated that I had to wait for a so-called phone call from her boss again ?! Because she could not come up with compensation. Of course not agreed with this and the order was refused !!!! If you have a strong appetite, think 3 times whether you will order here

My husband, or my daughter or I regularly order sandwiches here for our work from home lunch. I am very satisfied with the service and the sandwiches are very tasty! They also have tasty juices and fruit and the order is always on time (I cannot agree with the comments below). If there is really something they call us. All in all super satisfied and good sandwiches for a nice price!

Order +/- 3x per month here. Delicious sandwiches, delivery is usually smooth and if it does run out I get a call! Pro tip: Order an extra Meridiana; The next morning preheat your oven to 220gr, put the Meridiana in it for 3 minutes ... delicious!

Unfortunately, the order was received a bit later due to pressure. Also, something was missing in our order. Fortunately, this was super solved! It tastes great again❤
