This week we had the spare ribs menu delivered by Ribs & Co. The food was packed in nice sturdy cardboard boxes so that the spare ribs and the side dishes tasted like they had been served in a restaurant. The menu consisted of a really delicious stuffed jacket potato, a tasty large portion of American coleslaw and of course the ribs with different sauces. The most important thing with spareribs is of course that the meat falls off the bone. And Ribs & Co succeeds like the best.

Spareribs are fine, but below expectations. Too much fat, not very tender, little taste to the meat and the marinade is nothing special.

Best spare ribs I've ever eaten! From now on, this is the go-to place to get ribs in Utrecht. They only have to deliver a little further than a radius of 5km 😊
