They forget 2 of the 5 ingredients of my pizza, not the 1st nor the 2nd time that something like this happens.

The order would take one and half hours to deliver. So i called and requested if the oreder could be cancelled since i had to leave for next appointment. Once the order was cancelled, in order to get my refund back i had to 1) wait for more than 4 months, 2) call the store and the headoffice zillion times 3) send emails around once per week. Till the time i thought to give up, after 4 months i received the refund. The pizzas are otherwise good.

Cheap pizza, but the quality is low and the staff members really bad in costumer service!

Very good. 2 Margherita and 2 drinks costed about 16 euros. We eat there. Pizza is so good and service is fast. Take note of this place if you will come in Utrecht. I'M italian and I know how real pizza is!
