Spare Rib Express Drechtsteden

A restaurant working only on delivery services should not be this bad. Our order came in 2hours but they forgot side dishes etc. moreover the ribs tasted like they have been waiting in the fridge for 2-3 days, and re-heated & seasoned again before serving. It was extremely dry and hard to eat ( we ordered another dinner in the end) The meat/menu of which has been provided does not worth 35.00 Euros. I pay attention to comments when I order so thought to write this. Never Spare Ribs again.

Ordered three times via the website last year. The spare ribs are really delicious. Rarely eaten such tasty spare ribs. The side dishes are tasty too ... at least the side dishes that are actually delivered. All deliveries were incomplete. Not a single order was correct. In both the first and the second order, "dishes" were missing and the delivery was incorrect. Upon inquiry it turned out that it would take an extra hour to deliver the missing "dishes". As compensation for the second inconvenience, you indicated by telephone that the full amount would be refunded. That would happen within days. Unfortunately, that never happened. I then sent an email. I have never received a response to that either. Unfortunately, the experiences of neighbors are the same: the order is never delivered correctly. We no longer order here.
