I am now done with it .. 2 times the same song, order food, it is indicated there is in 40 minutes and again an extremely long wait. Last time an HOUR too late .. although some money back but they do not fix the problem .. (see other reviews) last time had to call 20 times to see if it came once. This time I don't even bother. Last time ever delivery bear. Huge messing around ...

Always tasty, but the portions seem to be getting smaller.

Ordered three menus via Thuisbezorg today at 6:30 PM. We called at 7:55 PM because the delivery app had already indicated for half an hour that we had to keep an eye on the front door. Man on the line said: delivery person is almost there. Food was delivered at 8:05 pm. Food was nice masr scanty. Two months ago the same sheet and suit. Never again Deliver for us !!!!!

The bears ordered they were fine on time and as you would expect from the bears it is just nice and warm super delivery, definitely order more often

Ordered dish (vegan satay) turned out not to be available at all. I was called about this, silence on the line, so not called back (I did not know that the call came from the bears). After an hour I called the bears myself and they explained the situation. So had waited an hour for me to call back. Would I have sent me an email or something ?! Should choose another dish, but had no compensation. I finally had to wait an hour and a half and the substitute dish was also very scanty. For this money they can absolutely deliver more service and quality.
