Ordered more than 24 hours in advance for the business lunch. No possibility to pay via bank or pin, so if this was clearly indicated in advance, we would have made a different choice. Agreed for delivery at a fixed time, because the business relation would also be there at exactly that time. A few hours in advance a message that is delivered earlier due to crowds. In the end this was 50 minutes earlier. The result: the relationship received spongy bread and did not eat it either. Delivery costs are not displayed on the website or in the confirmation e-mail, but are charged extra at the door. Service also not very friendly. The lady gives the impression that she is doing the work reluctantly, and that is a shame. Certainly not worth repeating for us. I would like to say here that we are only a small company and needed a relatively small order. Perhaps there is good service provided to larger companies. Does not belong, but this happens very often. We therefore want to make it clear that this is a personal experience / opinion and that this does not have to be the case for everyone.
