Municipality only thinks of itself!
I give the municipality 4 stars because there are some points for improvement! The things they are doing well now are especially neatly dealing with civil affairs I had to renew my driving license photo was wrong ... no problem I could come by within half an hour it was immediately helped again top! Saves 2 weeks of waiting! Desk employees are friendly! But now what they can improve:
• central desk (is behind a pole, therefore not an easy queue)
• respond better to citizen ideas and initiators
• Better communication than now with the best known example being rest aval plastic!
• transparent administrative culture now too closed
• difficult to reach in matters that arise from specialist people within the municipality
• almost never forwards to the province for specific things and tries to keep you out of the game
If they improve those points I'm happy!
