When I get home, I see a note in the letterbox of Tidy. Turns out the delivery guy had already been at the door and delivered the order 2 doors down. I was already very surprised about this and this was certainly not desired. You can still assume that a time slot in an email is correct. The delivery could also have called (after all, the phone number is on the box!) And say that he is at the door earlier, but that had not happened either. Nothing was heard at all, only a note in the letterbox! I went to the neighbor, but unfortunately he was no longer at home, but through the window you can see a green box on the table uncooled. The neighbor didn't come home until around 9 p.m. I still receive the package as soon as possible (after all, it is food) it appears that the neighbor had asked the delivery person, should I not keep this in the refrigerator? The delivery person had said: no, this is not necessary !. And so says someone who delivers food. This beats everything. All in all, my first acquaintance left me with a very bad taste and I haven't even tasted it yet.

received the dinner box last night. We had previously ordered Jonny Boer's dinner box, which was fine, so because we are in the middle of a move and wanted to repack the kitchen utensils with confidence. That was very disappointing. It looked as if the package had been transported by horse. It was no longer visible what was in the containers, everything mixed up and stuck to the lids. The bowl of the massala yogurt was open and deflated and soaked everything, especially the naan bread. The dessert box was on its side and had gone all over the box. We have no idea what it should look like or what it was. Because the contents of the trays were so scrambled, it didn't look tasty either. In the end, the flavors were not too bad. Everything looks nice on the pictures, but this was not to be seen. With the pesto salad, tray not yet half full, was 1 mini scoop of mozzarella. Very Disappointing! Response from sophisticated: will pass it on to the relevant departments and we can order 6 meals for the price of 4.

Ordered dinner box of 79 euros (model 'Uitverlisd'). Don't do that .... We were totally misled by Uitklaook. Normally you already get 4 meals for 15 euros (p.p.), so we thought that this box of 79 euros was also four meals (after all, you went to 4 completely different countries), but of better quality. A huge downer; it suddenly only concerned 1 meal (for 2p). That at a price that is 10 times higher than their normal offer. They will want to reach well-to-do double earners with this. Not a bad idea. But really, the quality remains as wrs those 4 euro meal are theirs; not very good and very flat in taste. It could be kept indoors, but the level is comparable to Albert Heijn's warm-up meals. Nothing wrong with that, but they cost 5 euros p.s. (instead of ~ 40 euros). You can really better spend this money at your local restaurant. For this budget you can even have a top restaurant delivered.

Is just gross: I tried the tasting meals. Well 3 out of 4 meals were nasty. Away 15 € .. Spaghetti with chicken, the chicken literally came out of a soup. Weird combi were also bones in it, almost broke me choose something like that because you do not expect that. My brocoli dish with minced meat .. The minced meat they had thrown in the blender it looked like vomit. I have pictures of it. I had emailed them but all they say, we pass it on to the cook. Well, he knows what he has thrown in the box himself. It's as if they are all leftovers selling. Oh they write their own reviews with their own pictures taken from the internet! Like the one below from the bbq, photo is from the internet .. So not fair !!

Never order your food here! The trays immediately melted away on a v 110 * oven setting. No food because of this, have to throw everything away. No excuse whatsoever, but they lied and I was accused of improper use of the oven as if I were a toddler. Then the last tray also put in the oven at 110 * again, they even say that it can be up to 140 *, but those trays are absolutely not oven-safe. No excuses were given, but contradicted from above. Also my daughter, who ordered here and put it in the microwave, went over her neck from the nasty food. The vegetables just come from a can or pot .. they are cooked ... they have not received any compensation .. not a good word about this terrible company !!
