Please do not waste your money and time with ANWB Zwolle. I asked for lessons in English language and they have only one instructor who is able to speak good English (he is also a good instructor). ANWB found another instructor for lessons in English by subcontracting with another driving school from Amsterdam and the person assigned had an insufficient English language level, did not know the book and was more worried about the car than teaching. Not only the language problem but also the instruction style, so stressful and not constructive, the car was dirty and one used my lesson time to stop at the tank station and buy food. Additionally, the driving lessons with ANWB are so expensive and the amount payed is not equivalent to the lesson's quality. so again, do not waste your money and time.

I give 2 stars, purely because the instructors are serious, but the driving school itself is nothing. I had to stop unexpectedly, which was very difficult, even though I had paid for everything properly and then eventually also had to pay for the practice book, which I already had before I signed the contract. They said they would bring the new book, but it never happened, even after several contacts. I advise people to just go to a private individual, not a big company like this one, very impersonal.

I am really very satisfied! My instructor Ricardo is calm and patient and teaches you a lot. In addition, the ANWB really thinks along with you. If you call the office for questions, time will be taken for you to help you well. We also looked at which package suits you. In addition, things are just well arranged and registered, so you will not be surprised. 100 points for this driving course!

The driving school seemed good at the start of the lessons, because I had no comparison material. I always thought it was like this. I was often called off at the last minute or picked up later. I also often stopped 10 minutes earlier. After 3 exams I now (finally) have my driver's license. Whether this was with me or with the driving school you of course never know for sure. But what I know for sure is that the first lessons have laid the wrong foundation. The instructor was on her phone and hardly gave any instructions. As a result, I have picked a lot myself and therefore sometimes wrong. At the end I received another bill. I entered the system that I had had 42 lessons. While this was according to my own writing (I also kept track of how much I drove) 34. I just had to pay for all those times that I stopped 10 minutes earlier or was picked up half an hour later. My lessons were also moved without consultation and the office was not reachable via e-mail and telephone so I could not let them know that I could not on the date they had mailed. In short: if you want a driving instructor who is on her phone and you want to pay 8 lessons too much, then you should drive here. Then you are in the right place!

I am very sorry that I started with driving lessons here, I was advised a package of 34 lessons after I had driven 34 lessons, I was never told that my package was finished so from when I was going to have to buy individual lessons. Until I suddenly received a bill that really shocked me, just to be sure I recalculated that bill to see if everything was correct, which showed that € 57 was overcharged. After emailing a few times to the head office, after two weeks I received a reply that it was true that I had to pay € 57 too much. For the rest I found the driving lessons that I got bad and after having had 40 lessons I was still not allowed to drive. Eventually I switched to another driving school where I was allowed to ride after two lessons, the driving instructor I had at my other driving school said that he did not understand why I was not allowed to drive earlier ...
