Great place! My printer seemed broken beyond anything I could have repaired myself (after searching on Google I was convinced the repair would be more expensive than a new printer). However, the attendant at the store told me that for 10 euros they would try and see if they could save it. Turns out they could!! Excellent service and really friendly staff.

When I opened one of their house-brand cartridges today it began leaking all over the place. I decided that I would return to the store with the leaking cartridge and a few as yet unopened ones because I didn't want to take any further risks of leakages during replacement, or once they were in my printer. The gentleman insisted that it was my fault - that I did something wrong when I opened the cartridge and that's why it leaked (as if I haven't been replacing ink cartridges for the past 15 years). He refused to take back the unopened cartridges or give me any kind of compensation. When I indicated that I would be glad to exchange their house cartridges for the brand name cartridges displayed on the wall and pay the difference, he said that all of the boxes were empty! They don't sell those cartridges, they just display the boxes to then try to get you to buy their cheaper house brand. Cartridge Depot is one of those businesses that only cares about their customers when they want to make a sale. If there is a problem, you can just forget any cooperation. Extremely bad service!

Unhelpful and bad service. Opening hours unreliable! Needed new cartridges today due to work for the printer I also bought here. Because it is a bit from my house, I had a good look at the site until what time they are open: 5 pm it said. When I got there fifteen minutes in advance, the doors were already closed with a large beam, while on the door there was also a note that they are open until 5 pm! Can imagine that due to corona or other reasons the online information is outdated and therefore they close earlier. But that was not the case. The employee present motioned uninterested that he no longer wanted to open the door. He was already counting the cash register ... The fact that I wanted to pin did not matter apparently. In short, I lost a lot of time and energy, but just opening the door to explain why the store had to close earlier was too much to ask ...

Nice guy in the store! Helped me quickly and friendly, always looking for The Original stuff! Tasty chatterbox too! Hahah I had to laugh a lot at him, sharp boy! Give many people just as nice a treatment as myself!
