On a weekend away ordered two pizzas. After the delivery timeslot the order is suddenly cancelled. Called the place, they said they are 'too busy'. Lousy staff and way to treat customers.

The worst pizza I ever had, greasy and the dough was thin and hard. I would like a refund please. If you don't refund me, ill be forced to do a chargeback which will cost NY Pizza more than simply refunding. UPDATE: I just had to puke due to the excessive grease

Everytime i place an order here, there's always something wrong with it. I've called multiple times, where 1 time my boyfriend was made fun of when he told the manager the box was covered in grease coming from the pizza. He was told that this was always the case. My order today was not the pizza i ordered. Called them and they wanted me to give the old pizza BACK, clearly showing that they dont trust their customers. When the delivery guy showed up, he didnt even know about this. It's a shame that you have to put so much effort in getting the correct stuff that you've paid for.
