Guys I have ordered a pizza at 7PM and still not received and you are not picking up can you please call me back or tell me status?? What is wrong with this service

Pizza is below average. But the reason for only 1 star is that they always miss some ingredients. When you add additional toppings they don't care at all, just put in pizza whatever they want, or have in the kitchen.

Again a badly prepared order. This time with a completely over-baked, tasteless and dry pizza. After calling they promised to send over a new pizza immediately. An hour later I have to call again because they clearly forgot. Without an apology they promise that now it's really coming right away. Takes another 40 minutes, only for them to deliver the wrong pizza! Also no apologies for the time delay or anything. Never ordering at this NYP again!

Excellent service and quality pizza's! I was very happy with the chicken Tandoori & BBQ Bacon pizza. Definitely a must for a Friday movie night. I'll be sure to order here again.
