Were a little later than we ordered, but called nicely in advance to say the order was delayed. We also live 15 minutes away. Glad they deliver there too. We had a very nice meal!

Placed an order at 6:10 PM before 7:00 PM. Later received a phone call that it would take half an hour longer at the most .. Arrived later than half past seven .. Shrimp sushi is smaller than expected, the Crushi's tasted good!

I have regularly ordered sushi from here. However, today I did not feel any appreciation for a customer who brings money. I ordered through the website and I wanted to pick up my order. Website gave 7pm takeout. After payment it had become 7.15 pm. Within 3 minutes I was called if I could pick up the already paid order later because they are very busy had. Because of private obligations I really couldn't pick this up later. The order was simply canceled. It was also mainly the way it was communicated and without any understanding of my situation. If you cannot handle the orders, it cannot be that I am the customer the victim. I would have liked it if they had come up with a solution and showed understanding for my situation. They only thought from their own caused problems. Also in the store where I wanted to collect my already paid money, no apologies were made but only told that they couldn't do it because they just work in sequence. Fine then indicate a different time. Furthermore, no money back that would be refunded, also no compensation to give me a positive feeling in any case so that I want to order again next time. I left with a very disappointed feeling and the feeling that I didn't think along at all how they could have solved it for me. It's a shame I have a bad feeling about it.

Had ordered a box of 76 pieces on Saturday. You then think that you have enough with 4 people. Sushi tastes very good but thought the sushi was very small this time! Was also smaller than normal I think. If you are with 4 people, it is actually not really enough!

For 2 persons Roll box 32 and Spicy tuna, ordered, freshly made, and you can taste it. Super tasty, quality sushi. Am very happy with Masumi sushi, a real asset in Mierlo
