Sushi Tokyo

Very taste sushi with very good prices. Has variety of choices on menu including hot menu and sushi menu. I do recommend them!

Was able to pick up the sushi in 30 minutes. The tuna, salmon and mackerel however were clearly defrosted fish which had a funny color, texture and most if all taste. Even the cats refused to eat the fish. Clearly it was not fresh fish at all. Within half an hour we both got sick. The worst part was that I called the restaurant, got the owner who spoke no English and barely any Dutch. After 15min on the phone she kept refusing to answer the question where the fish was from, when she bought it and how long defrosted. She refused to listen, there was no apology at all and no refund. Sadly I must report that this is a horrible place lacking respect for the customer and has no health care concerns whatsoever. Honestly, I'd give 0/5 stars if I could.

Order took more than three hours to arrive even when they told us it was on the way while instead it was still at the restaurant. We didn't even receive an apology from the restaurant.

I don't do reviews normally but listen to this and ask yourself if you can trust a place like that with your food. I made an order at 8.00 PM - expected arrival 8.30-8.50. It was 10 pm, nothing arrived, I called a million times, they never picked up and sometimes even hung up on me. I had tried to cancel the order and it didn't work. They called at 10.10 pm, finally, asking if I still wanted the food. No apologies, no explanation, nothing. There it is, now you know.

Terrible service. We ordered sea food noodles, they arrived with a horrid smell, I think it was due to the food being out of date, but we are still unsure of the reason because when we rang the manager did not want to know, didn’t even care to take a look at the food he had just presented us. There was also a hair in the food , to which the manager replied ‘its not a big deal you can just remove the hair and eat the food’. I have never known a restaurant with service such as this. Highly recommend you DO NOT use this restaurant, take your money somewhere else.
