I had an extremely negative experience with this restaurant, which I would like to share! We called the restaurant and placed our order to a very aggressive employee, who among others told us that they do not have mustard when we asked for it. After all, he gave the phone to a Greek speaking person(probably owner) who took the order and had mustard as well! After a very stressful communication we managed to place the order, but we were told that they do not deliver in our street. Something that could have been said from the beginning! The employee said that we should order from Uber eats for delivery. We did so, but as were only some minutes left before the closing time, we did ot write the ingredients manually and contacted the restaurant once again. The employee was unreasonably rude and careless. After trying hard to tell him the ingredients, he hang up without hearing the whole order. We had 2 guests and we were super worried about what we will get. But we did not expect that the employee would IN PURPOSE make a totally different order with Onions (the specific ingredient that we highlighted as unwanted due to allergy). As we could not eat the food (which unfortunately was also destroyed from the delivery) we contacted the restaurant and said that we cannot eat the food due to a mistake IN A VERY NICE WAY, and I asked to change the order or take it back for refund.The same employee told me exactly the following: "I do not care, this is your problem, next time write down the ingredients, I am closing and cannot make changes". It seems like a revenge! I said that I have an allergy and I want at least a refund! The way of speaking was not only unprofessional, but lacked basic human treatment in these challenging times that we are all going through! After destroying our guests' evening and without food, the final blow was when the owner grabbed the phone and said in a humiliating way : "what do you want my friend? We'll not spend our whole evening talking to you ! Eat your souvlaki and don't make it a big deal. If you ever pass by I'll give you a souvlaki and you can get a refund if that's such an issue". After that, the employee called us back and said: " do not expect any refund, as the correct ingredients are not writen somewhere, so it's your mistake". The patience of all of us came to an end and the least that we cared about it was the food in the end of the story! They literally destroyed our night! The one person that ate the food experienced stomach issues the next day, the quality was poor! I work in Horeca as well for many years and I understand all the difficulties of the sector, but respecting other people's food is respect for yourself firstly and your business!

Meat was burned. Salad had no taste. Tzatziki is far away to be tzatziki.

Aggressive personnel and no options, you cannot order whitout any one allergen. If you are allergic to something this place cannot adjust. In essence this restaurant is a health hazard!
