After 2 hours no food, while on the phone it was promised in the first instance that the order was already on its way, in the second instance that there was a wrong look and that it would come in max. 20 minutes. 30 minutes later no food and after 6 calls was answered and said that all orders were canceled due to no stock. Had I said that immediately, I could have ordered something elsewhere. That's not how you deal with customers!

Order placed via home delivery, 2x pokebowl of 9 euros each. Very small bowls with some rice, a few beans, and 3 pieces of salmon. Very disappointed for that money. They look like side dishes.
