Ordered 19.30. Pizza arrived cold 23.40. Went to bed with no dinner and was called awake late at night. They had no problem taking my money though. Was even offered a free ice cream... will never order from new york pizza again
Actually quite good. I expected very little from this chain pizzeria, mostly because in America, I found their pizza mediocre and overpriced. It is Still overpriced, but here they have some good offers that make it reasonable. That is, as long as you can find room for a lot of pizza. And the pizza is pretty good. The service is friendly and the production line is smooth. No errors in my order. 👍
No pizza delivered and no one is picking up the phone. Waiting for over two hours. Will never order again. Need to know how to get money back. Only giving one star as there is no way to post review with none.
A place an order and we waited 2 hours, still we did not receive anything. 2 hour to deliver a pizza are you serious? You have the worse service I have seen in the Netherlands. At this point I did not even get a reimbursement. We called 2 times, both times the employees said the pizza was on the way, still nothing was delivered. You should be ashamed of having the worse service in this country. Never ever I will order from them again.
