Ordered here many times. Had one less experience where the fries were undercooked and got replaced with new ones - had to hand in the bad order but that's understandable. Today, I ordered fries and onion rings and they got here mushy and clearly undercooked. Called the restaurant but a boy named Najim told me everything was okay and they left the restaurant well cooked and refused to replace. He told me they had new oil and everything was okay and they had a system that would cook everything just long enough and basically that I was lying. Very sad because I consider myself a good customer but I will not be ordering here again. You can see in the photos that both items are limp. They were also very soft and mushy inside. I told this to the boy on the phone and he told me that "mush" was never a reason to replace ...

Atmosphere was nice. Good presentation. Burger patty tasted like a compact sausage. Not a beefy juicy flavor. I prefer the beefiness at mcdonalds or BK more.

Excellent quality burgers.. Excellent staff.. Double beef burger with curly fries are my favourite.
