Tuna was grey, called nicely to inquire. Owner of the establishment responded it was normal for tuna to have grey streaks and that it's normal there is beet juice in their tuna for the color and if the food was not appreciated I should never order again then hung up the phone.

Normally I don't type reviews. But since we stated earlier about this at mushi that this is not okay, this is the last word of note for other customers. Ordered around 5 p.m. This would be delivered no later than 6.45 pm. At 6.50 pm we had a phone call that it will take another hour. In August (and several times before) we already indicated that they have to adjust the delivery time on the site if Mushi cannot handle the number of orders. I therefore find it qualitatively extremely disappointing that this, in February, has not yet been anticipated. I can fully imagine that it will take longer on this day. But to be kept on a leash for almost 2 hours, with a good appetite, and then to be told that it will take another hour, while we have already offered the solution on a presentation sheet before. If we had known this, we could have anticipated this. Too bad that this is not possible .. Very disappointed and this is why we and our family are not going to order here anymore. Hopefully more people will do this and Mushi will be able to meet the requests of their customers to help people and make them enjoy the sushi. -Carmen-

Ordered food at 6:15 pm. At 7:30 pm a neat phone call that it is busy and everything takes a little longer and the food will be there at 8:00 pm. Then they can no longer be reached and you get your food at 21:00. In short, terrible service, otherwise good sushi.

Ordered Sushi today at 5:30 PM. This would be delivered before 7 pm. Eventually company reported and respond to customer unfriendly. Order would take another half hour. Eventually it was delivered around 7:45 pm .. no apologies made from them but from the delivery lady.
