Placed an order with portofino for the first time. Ordered spare ribs. The spare ribs are okay for the price they charge. Unfortunately the day after, walked around with stomach ache and diarrhea all day. This was my first, but also my last time. I also left a review on eet.nu but they removed the piece about the stomach ache and diarrhea, because they think this should not be indicated.

3:45 PM order placed to receive 5:45 PM Pizza. In the meantime at 1830 (45min too late) I just called .. "they are on their way" It is now 1930 and nothing has been received yet. Called again: "they are on their way" ... Called again in 2015 and became angry, it turned out that the pizza had not started at all, and the 2 predecessors on the phone have therefore simply lied. In the end we asked for a refund and made our own food. Edit: the next day (Christmas day), super surprised that we got a personal apology with free pizza and drinks. Honor restored and neatly handled! That is why I have adjusted my review!
