best pizza in Zeewolde. Always delivered quickly. Have ordered more than 10 times and the delivery driver was never late. Recommended

Annoying ordering process online. Call due to poor knowledge of English is not possible. Payment methods completely insufficiently explained. Website says after the order that it should be there at 8:13 pm. Since deliveries can only be made at the entrance to the holiday park, we stand there and wait. At 8:50 pm, when the website has said for 20 minutes that the order has been delivered, we call. Again problems with communication. The driver would now be on the way and there in five minutes. These have now passed and the driver is still not there. The moment when you are happy that you did not pay online. Because so far it is probably not sure whether our food will reach us. And that on the last evening of your vacation - it couldn't be more unprofessional!

Outrageous Service! Order at 6:15 PM from Center Parcs, delivery time 7:15 PM at the entrance. Stand there with wife and kids, get a call at 19:13. No, sorry, the delivery time is still +1.5 hours, so 20:45. Let me know immediately, so I can make other plans. It gets worse, lady on the line (pretends to be manager), can't do anything for us, no consolation price / discount and doesn't want to transfer. Or else we will pick it up ourselves, 20 mins. Clearly someone who does not know that reliability counts enormously, especially during dinner with kids. The last word has not yet been spoken about this. NY Pizza has never been so family unfriendly!
