Actually,I order from this restaurantand a year and a half ago, and there is nothing better than this restaurant, food, and service. Thank u all.!
I made a order by ubereats, they get my money but canceled my order!!!!!! I never received my food and my money never back!!
I called them and doesnt speack english and didn’t help me!!!!!!!!!
Rozengracht has more than its fair share of shoarma and kebab restaurants. Most offer good service and reasonably priced food. Unfortunately, Tonton Grillroom is the exception as service is frequently non-existent. Late in the evening, there can be as many as half a dozen or more staff in the small rear kitchen mostly dealing with take-away orders on which the restaurant seems to rely for the bulk of its income. Most of the time the staff are joking amongst themselves, drinking or eating, while totally ignoring customers at the front counter. It is not unusual to wait for 10 or more minutes before being attended to, not due to lack of staff but a disregard for clientèle. The motto "Client is King" does not exist here which is a pity as the food, when you eventually get to order it, is tasty and reasonably priced.
Absolutely one of the most tasty Turkish eating boutiques in Amsterdam. Very very skilled cooks and open till late!
The meat is a bit dry but with sauce is fine. Love the garlic sauce and spicy sauce! Good portions. Nice and friendly staff. Willing to be back again and try a different dish:)
