Restaurant Mantoe

It had been a while since I wanted to try them out, and never got to it, but was very happy to learn that the pandemic did not close them down, so I finally decided to order a Mantoe @Home box. The food was fantastic, it's great value for money, the order was ready on time for me to pick it up, and the staff at the location was very friendly. The only thing I missed, since I'm not familiar with Afghan food, was a little paper or something on the box telling me about the food I was about to eat, which would have probably been something the waiter would have told us had we be dining at the restaurant itself. Overall a great experience. Looking forward to repeating it sometime soon!

Just ordered from Mantoe, order came very quickly and was lovely and warm. Food was delicious and all vegan. Loved the candle and card that came with it. Strongly recommend!

Excellent food, excellent drinks, and above all excellent service. It has become a sport in these days to find a restaurant where the service is as friendly, personable and efficient as before corona times; no compromises on the guest experience. Without hesitation: I would return!

It was my first time trying Afghan food. What a tasty little neighborhood restaurant! The menu changes based on what the grandmother makes each day. You chose the number of courses. My favorites were the roasted pumpkin with slaw, the tender and flavorful meat patties, and the rice. The rice was so full of flavor and topped with almonds, raisins, and carrots. So yummy!! The cauliflower was surprisingly spicy. I am always pleasantly surprised with how good eggplant can be. Service was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back to try some more Afghan treats.
