Friendly staff.

The necessary things go as they should. However, as a resident I do not feel that I have been taken seriously. I have already made a public space report several times, and they are not doing anything about it. I also have the idea that when it comes to decisions, they ultimately do what they want, without really listening to the public.

1 star is actually too much, I have tried 9 times to make an appointment for a registration. Every time I had to leave my details, every time they would call me back, they would tell me that my voicemail has been recorded, but I have not received any messages. The only thing I wanted was to make an appointment to come by, no one was there every time, people on vacation or busy. You can imagine that if a store or company would work that way, it would immediately go bankrupt. This can all be done so much more efficiently and faster, have someone come by and come out of that lazy chair and make it right. After reacting very angry but especially frustrated, an appointment was finally possible. I don't know who is responsible for this, but I think it is extremely poor service.

Worthless opening times! Why is this shop closed on Saturday? Must take people on duty, make an appointment to request an ID card or driving license! I find this absurd.

Opening times are stated. But as soon as you knock they are closed! New Year's drink ...... Week later: again not open because you can only come by appointment.
