Varying experiences here. Had a perfect order once, well on time.
Less positive tonight. Order placed before 17:00 before 18:30, no food at 19:30.
Called and told that "the receipt is no longer there, so the delivery person is on his way". Immediately neat with apologies because of the delay.
Called again at 20:00 and indicated that I also called half an hour earlier, so I have already been waiting for 1.5 hours. It says "the receipt is no longer there, so the delivery person is on his way".
Indicated that of course that makes no sense. After consultation, it is indicated that the order has probably been delivered incorrectly. There would be a delivery as soon as possible "with something extra".
Delivery driver was there in 20 minutes, but without anything extra.
The ribs were tasty, but I won't be ordering again here anytime soon. This case clearly does not have its communication in order, checking whether the receipt is still there is clearly not enough.
Bad delivery was too late so it was already quite cold that they could not find my house I have had tasty spare ribs that were well cooked I can make them better myself so people are not recommended
