Deliver meals to people who depend on them. If they then deliver 1 instead of 2, the customer is told that they only charge 1 ... fantastic, but what should the 2nd person eat? Delivering a second meal was not an option.
In response to the response from Van Smaak below. This (contacting customer service) has been done several times, but afterwards still too often wrong deliveries (on wrong days, for example) and the invoices are sometimes incorrect. The food itself is good, but the entire operation around it does not seem to be in order.
I work in this production kitchen as an independent institutional chef. Delicious tasty meals for healthcare institutions, home-living customers and the POEISZ Supermarkets.
