Have been doing really nice meals with the HELLO FRESH boxes! The fruits and vegetables good choosing and real fresh haha Always they delivered at the right time and the people are nice! Good work everyone! Keep going and save! Obrigada 💚🙌🏽🥰

Please never ever try hello fresh in France. I've tried them for 17 meals, and had 2 delivery problems. Every time they blame it at Chronopost. The first time, delivery says we weren't at home while we stayed at home all night on Saturday just for this delivery. The second time, I found out there was a delivery problem and message their service center right away, but they only gave me a standard reply saying that it's on its way without verifying. The food never came and they reschedule it for next day. I told them I had to work and ask to deliver a little later than usual. Then they asked me to call Chronopost! Just always pushing responsibility to other people. Very bad customer service and only knows how to give you standard response. I didn't pay to get piss off! Please don't try it, it's for your own good.

Customer service receives wrong orders from Hellofresh on how to deal with problems. (It is therefore not the fault of the helpdesk employee) Getting to speak to someone is already a difficulty anyway, but if you have contact they do not really cooperate. My password no longer worked. (can happen) creating a new password will show the message "you already have an account with this email address" so don't get through this. Employee doesn't want to understand this and wants all kind of information while only asking for password reset. Ultimately it did not work out, so no more HelloFresh customer. Too bad, but dear HelloFresh, consider that your helpdesk is an important contact with your customer. So do not work according to a list of questions, but listen to the customer. If you want to respond, do not respond with a standard answer but try to find solutions and not strive for a good SLA (customer satisfaction rating) The total figure here is only high because many employees post a reaction about the toilets, coffee, workplace and about loading and unloading. Ridiculous THAT KIND OF REACTIONS DO NOT HERE. But the fact that you allow that says enough.
