My brother was refused boarding at Schiphol on a return trip to America, where he currently lives. He was in transit from another country. On his behalf I searched a few visa agencies on Google and ended up at Visa Service desk. I made the first phone call on behalf of my brother. I was answered by a very friendly employee who was able to ask very specific questions. This allowed him to identify the main problems very quickly. He then contacted my brother and was able to arrange a suitable solution in a very short time. The treatment was completed before the weekend. During problems with KLM during rebooking on a Saturday, emails were answered quickly and we were even supported by telephone to ensure that everything was in jugs and pitchers. The level of service was truly unprecedented. Many agencies may have a very flashy website with nice pictures from America, but here we really ended up with professionals who work very efficiently and also at a favorable price. My choice to ignore the sites with the flashy images was rewarded both ways. Hats off to your unprecedented service!

Quite a relief was the ease of application. I had first tried to apply for a VISA via the ANWB, but due to incorrect information and centuries of telephone queues, I decided to apply elsewhere at the Visa Service Desk. The application via the Visa Service Desk went smoothly, smoothly and they answer the phone immediately. I recommend it to everyone.
