I Love Poké Bowl & Sushi Den Haag

I had to wait almost 2 hours to get my order. When I called asking where my order was (after 1 hour) the staff replied rude and unprofessional. We ordered +60 pieces of sushi and only got one tiny bottle of soy sauce. The sushi itself was good, but I will not order from here again.

Phoned prior to ordering to check if things could be left out due to food intolerances and was told to make a note on thuisbezorgd when I order. Food still arrived with soy sauce and edamame beans in it so wasn't able to be eaten. A waste of their food and everyone's time. Disappointed and won't risk ordering from them again.

Very poor quality& tasteless ingredients. Rice wasn’t seasoned into sushi rice. Even avocado and seaweed are not fresh. Salt in soy sauce can’t fix this missing flavor and the bad gooey texture. Even if you aim for quantity over quality, I’d still recommend you to get your sushi from somewhere else.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. The sushi is horrible. It really cannot be called sushi. The fish was stinking and old and I had to puke it out. I called the restaurant and the person (apparently chef) told me it was a couple of days old and then he said that I will get my money back (cash since I paid in cash). I waited till the end of the day and I still hadn't gotten my money back. I called the restaurant and now another man (manager) was extremely rude and said that they don't give the money back. Seems like the chef knew the sushi was bad but the manager did not want to take the blame.

I ordered box B and the sushi is already bad and stinks rotten. It smelled so strong. I think definitely chef knew it, but he just offered. I threw it away. Never ordered again.
